Responsibilities Answering client phone calls Taking orders from Customers and entering them into SAP system Follow up with Customer for future orders Follow up with warehouse/shipping team to make sure orders are getting sent out on time
Experience Minimum 3 years of Customer Service Order entry Professional business environment experience preferred
Skills Professional and personable demeanor Effective communication and time-management Excellent organizational skills Placing orders
Work Hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
