Order Entry Associate

We are looking for an Order Entry Associate for a medical device company located at their Santa Clara, CA location. This role requires a driven, independent, outgoing, and effective communicating person to support their sales and customer service team. ?? Provide best-in-industry customer support from initial customer contact through the life of the customer??s order.

?? Address customer inquiries regarding availability of product, pricing, and related items. Quote products and services to customers using SAP.

?? Process customer PO??s in full compliance with policies and procedures. Troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate and order entry into SAP. Own the order through the life of the order - ensure orders progress through shipping, invoice when appropriate, etc.

?? Provide related customer support through email and phone correspondence

?? Meet or exceed high Quality and very quick Turn-Around-Time expectations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


--Ability to build trust and positive relationships with customers and internal personnel.

--Strong phone and written communication skills.

--Ability to create and deliver effective customer messaging via phone and email, and communicate across internal functions.

--Accurate data entry skills.

--Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

--Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

--Highly organized.

--Good analytical skills.


High School


Entry Level


--1+ years of experience in a high-tech environment in Customer Service or Order Management with similar responsibilities.

--Experience working in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred

?? Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

?? $20/hr
